They are looking to recruit a Technical Support Manager to be totally responsible for the day to day running of the Technical Support Department managing internal and field based staff and for demonstration and customer training. Qualifications: BSc in relevant discipline Min Experience: A good understanding of automated immunoassay systems, reagents and manual ELISA and RIA products together with a good knowledge of Quality Systems and procedures are essential for this role.
