Our Client, offers specialist consultancy and provides support services in the measurement of gas quality and energy metering to the oil and gas industries. They are an established expanding company which is wholly owned by a group of professional and technical experts with considerable experience gained from within the natural gas industry. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Gas Quality Engineer to attend sites to carry out performance tests on gas chromatographs. The job holder will combine scientific, engineering and administrative competences to provide site audit and performance testing at the Company’s client’s sites in the natural gas industry worldwide, both on and offshore. Most of the travel will be in the UK and Ireland but extended to Spain,Tunisia, and Turkey.
Min Qualification: BSc/HNC in Chemistry/ Engineering
Min Experience: The successful candidate will have an understanding of communications and use of PCs in control and instrumentation together with mechanical skills.
