Penny Warren          

                            

Penny has been in the recruitment industry for over 25 years and has built up a wealth of experience and contacts within the scientific recruitment industry.

Having progressed through technical and scientific sales and product management roles, Penny developed a keen understanding of the scientific sales jobs sector, and started running her own scientific recruitment business, becoming market leaders in scientific sales jobs and biotechnology vacancies within molecular biology recruitment.


Michelle Singleton
                          
                             

Michelle has been with Penny Warren Recruitment for over 6. She joined the company to assist with business development of the Scientific Technical Division.

After restructuring in 2005, Michelle transferred to the Commercial side of the business specialising in Sales and Marketing recruitment for the Life Science and Clinical Diagnostics industries. This includes trainee sales representatives, experienced account managers, technical support personnel, applications scientists, sales specialists, field service engineers, managers and senior commercial personnel.

With 14 years experience in technical recruitment, Michelle has attained top sales consultant together with other awards from previous employers.


Liz Amos

Liz is the office manager sharing responsibilities with Jane Harpley. Liz has been with the company for 6 years.



Jane Harpley 

                              

Jane has been with the company for 4 years. She is an experienced project administrator with a successful track record in the public and private sector. Having taken an early retirement she has returned to work part-time to share the office administration with Liz.


Bill Waddington


                                        

Bill has been around the business for 28 years. He is the webmaster and supports the database. Bill is also known as "Bill the Baker", making fresh bread whenever the staff are not on diets and also makes the tea!
