They are seeking a Distributor Territory Manager � Middle East Region for a new role to work within the Distributor management team, reporting to the International Sales Manager. The role is region based in Birmingham.

Main responsibilities:
Independently manage and develop an existing group of diagnostic distributors, located in Middle East Region; Motivation, sales, support, training and all other aspects of distributor management, in line with existing company strategies; achieve set sales targets, and contribute towards budgeting for region; travel within region in support of distributors, to International meetings and to UK head office as required - approx. 2 weeks in 4. Home / office based remainder of time; development of new markets, and appointing new distributors as and when necessary; Work effectively with rest of TBS team, understanding and working within culture of the company; work closely with existing Distributor Managers, providing support and cover as required; contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and actions to maximise business; remote participation in monthly departmental meetings as required; Provide weekly, monthly, ad-hoc reports as required

Min Qualification: BSc or equivalent in a science sector
Min Experience: A minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience combined with a diagnostic laboratory background and an understanding of distributor functions and practices are paramount to the role. A knowledge of the Middle East diagnostics market would be desirable as would the ability to operate in and understand multi-cultural environments.

They also offer research and development services for the biopharmaceutical industry.

They are looking for an Account Manager to manage the North of England, encompassing Bangor, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle and York. The Role will be a field based Account Manager, working 4 days in the field and 1 day from a home office. A minimum of 7 visits per day is required, although this is flexible depending on the deal, sales strategy and product range being sold. The account manager is responsible for achieving his/her own territory budget and contributing to the total UK budget. He/she will need to initiate territory based sales incentives and actions to complement the UK wide sales actions and strategy. They will be required to fill in a CRM on a weekly basis, and also provide market feedback at frequent intervals.

Min Qualification: BSc in biotechnology or molecular biology � ideally PhD or Masters

Min Experience: You need to be independent and happy to work in an environment, which will involve working remotely under the Sales Managers supervision. Ideally you will have sold in the Biotech area, but they are flexible with this requirement - providing solid molecular knowledge is there as a background.

They currently have an excellent opportunity for a Food Industry Field Sales Manager to join their UK Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a UK wide sales team to ensure the delivery of the annual food industry sales target and additionally will have responsibility for their own sales territory. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the UK Sales Manager with flexibility required to deal with Representatives issues outside of the normal working day.
