They are currently recruiting a field tech support specialst to
provide customer training on installation of systems and follow up and technical support to customers and the sales organisation
Candidates should have
Bachelors in Biology, Masters Degree with experience in Molecular Biology an advantage
Clinical Laboratory focus along with experience in molecular and microbiology techniques
Results driven and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability achieve measurable goals
Knowledge of diagnostic market
Technical support and sales experience
Excellent technical presentation skills for group and one-on-one presentations.

They are looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to support and train Authorised Service Providers in High Burden and Developing Countries and End Users for the Company�s Products.
Qualifications: BSc in Biology/Masters with special study in Molecular Biology
Min Experience: Experience in molecular and microbiology techniques, knowledge of diagnostic market and of Real-Time PCR testing products is a plus together with Technical support experience in Reagent and Instrumentation for Molecular Diagnostics.
