Sales Manager - Life Sciences (Technical Sales)

Description:Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative and high quality reagents, kits and products to scientific researchers in academia, drug discovery, clinical research and pharmaceutical/biotech industries. They are increasing their sales organisation in the United Kingdom and are looking for a Sales Manager in the South UK.

In this challenging position you take full responsibility to secure and further develop sales to Academia as well as to Biotech and Pharma companies in the south of UK, defined by the part of England and Wales lying south of the M62 corridor. This position reports directly to Vice President Sales Europe/Asia at our European Headquarters in Switzerland, and will be supported by colleagues based in Exeter.
They are looking for a sales professional preferably experienced in the field of life science research products. As an open-minded, reliable, self-motivating, and enthusiastic sales person you will find an attractive and expandable job in a lively environment and with a young team.

The post-holder will work from a home office which will be located in the �Golden Triangle� � the greater London � Oxford � Cambridge area. The job will require travelling on a regular basis within the UK as well as to our headquarters close to Basel, Switzerland.

The post-holder will have a sound and preferably academic education in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related sciences. English will be the first language with other languages, especially German, being advantageous. Knowledge of the UK life science industry will be beneficial.

Key Account Manager- Unlicensed Medicines Service (Technical Sales)

Description:This is a new, field based position within the company and will focus on developing the promotion of the unlicensed medicines service (both sterile and non-sterile) to NHS hospitals and the private hospital groups.
