You will also conduct quality customer and staff training, monitor the progress of interventions at customers� sites and make proactive and reactive visits to customer sites when appropriate.
Min Qualification: HNC or equivalent in biomedical science
Min Experience: Relevant and demonstrable experience in a Biomedical environment (or equivalent) together with experience in a technical support or mentoring role is essential for this role.
