They are currently looking to recruit a Systems Performance Specialist to be responsible for post sales management of instrument performance and assay uptake for chemistry and immunoassay accounts. The role will liaise with systems operators externally and internally with the implementation team, service and sales staff.
Qualification: BSc in chemistry, ideally clinical chemistry/ immunology/ Medical Lab Sciences
Minimum experience: Excellent communication skills are essential for this position together with a minimum of 3 years experience in a technical laboratory environment, ideally within a pathology laboratory.
