They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Support Specialist to perform first and second line telephone troubleshooting working within the Customer Support Centre, planning actions that will result in the most effective resolution of customer's technical enquiries. You will also conduct quality customer and staff training, monitor the progress of interventions at customers� sites and make proactive and reactive visits to customer sites when appropriate.
Min Qualification: HNC or equivalent in relevant subject
Min Experience: Relevant and demonstrable experience in an Immunoassay environment (or equivalent) together with experience in a technical support or mentoring role is essential for this role.

They are represented internationally through a wide network of distributors.
Following healthy growth and success in the UK, they are currently looking for an Application Specialist with ideally a haemostasis/haematology background to offer support to their clients and sales team throughout the south of the UK. The main responsibilities will include technical support, troubleshooting, advance demonstrations, customer training and participation in User Group Meetings.
Min Qualification: BSc Medical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent
Min Experience: A strong technical background in pathology ideally with haemostasis or coagulation would be preferred.

They are currently looking to recruit a Systems Performance Specialist to be responsible for post sales management of instrument performance and assay uptake for chemistry and immunoassay accounts. The role will liaise with systems operators externally and internally with the implementation team, service and sales staff.
Qualification: BSc in chemistry, ideally clinical chemistry/ immunology/ Medical Lab Sciences
Minimum experience: Excellent communication skills are essential for this position together with a minimum of 3 years experience in a technical laboratory environment, ideally within a pathology laboratory.
