Although this role will be office based extensive UK travel is also anticipated in making customer visits to build business and support the activities of the sales representatives.
Qualification: BSc in relevant discipline or equivalent
Min Experience: The right candidate will have direct experience in sales and marketing of molecular diagnostic infectious disease products in the UK and is likely to be currently working for an existing supplier in this market. They will have knowledge and understanding of the UK market and will be capable of driving the new business development process. On going support within the installed base within the territory is also essential. The territory covers a large area within the South of England bordering with the Northern territory in England.
Min Qualification: BSc in Microbiology or Molecular Biology
Min Experience: A strong laboratory based background in Microbiology and/or Molecular biology would be advantageous. A proven sales career would also be advantageous, although not essential.
