Our client specialises in digitizing pathology. They provide systems and services for digital pathology, which is a digital environment for the management and interpretation of pathology information, originating with a digital slide and serves pathologists and other professionals practicing in clinical, research and education settings. Their award-winning ScanScope® Scanners and Spectrum digital pathology information management software improve the efficiency and quality of pathology services. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, BioPharma. Reporting to the VP Sales, the role involves developing and executing a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth from the target market of major pharmaceutical companies. The position will require strong leadership skills while working within the existing sales team environment. He/she should have an impressive history of complex capital equipment sales, preferably to the Pharma market. You should be comfortable calling on the C-Suite, delivering vision and orchestrating multi departmental/site evaluations. Major Responsibilities •Develop and execute sales strategy for the target market. •Generate revenue in line with company expectations •Train and coordinate efforts of existing sales resource •Develop programs to accelerate target market penetration Qualification: Degree or MBA preferred
Minimum experience: The ideal candidate will have: 5-10 years experience in high level selling within the healthcare space, proven ability to manage and expand a dedicated sales channel for continued growth, experience in product marketing, development of marketing tools and programs, experience in Pathology or related product sales, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
