Our Client is a brand new venture - a prestigious private clinic based out of Harley Street, Central London. They have created a new high-end, luxury clinic to provide care and treatment in the areas of gynaecology, aesthetics, dermatology and bone health.
They are now looking to recruit a Clinical Administrator/Receptionist which is a key role in ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the entire Clinical Team. This role has an important interface with patients and their families from initial meeting through to post care. Patients and families should feel they are receiving a first-class service.
Also, part of this role is to develop and drive the clinic focussing on profitability whilst maintaining the highest level of safety, quality and customer service to our patients.

Qualifications: Bachelors' Degree in Science, healthcare, Business, Management or relevant discipline
Experience: Must have previous experience in high-end service and healthcare.
Essentials: Good organisational skills, Excellent verbal (face to face & telephone) and written communication skills, Ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team, Strong I.T skills, Highly professional manner in dealing with all enquiries/problems, DBS Enhanced clearance or equivalent. Approachable and tactful, Good attention to detail. Flexibility and the ability to cope with new, changing and challenging
Salary: Upto £25k
Working hours: 8hr rota basis (clinic open 8am-8pm) Mon-Fri (with possible Saturday's in future)
