They help their customers accelerate life sciences research, solve complex analytical challenges, improve patient diagnostics, deliver medicines to market and increase laboratory productivity.
They are now looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for performing on-site installation, servicing and repair of their IDD instruments in the UK. The role requires a detailed knowledge of IDD IVD instrumentation and software to enable troubleshooting and resolution. The Field Service Engineer will play a key role within our Technical Customer Support organisation by ensuring customer satisfaction with products and our service offering.
Background: Electronics / biotechnology / medical devices / engineering or related fields
Experience: Servicing analytical equipment or equivalent applications specialist experience. Valid Driving Licence. Willingness to travel 90% primarily within the UK but further afield as and when required for training or high priority visits.
Location: Greater London, Milton Keynes, South East and Essex
