Commercial Lead - HIV

They are now seeking to employ a new Commercial Lead to join them, to act as the commercial point-person in charge of managing all aspects of the planning and development of resources and strategies to support and drive the client's brand(s) and business. You will work across the Company's organisation and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders both internally and externally to establish and structure integrated solutions and client engagements. To identify appropriate resources to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective mix of talent to task to drive business performance and results, ultimately optimizing client ROI.
Qualifications: A degree within a Scientific/Business or Marketing discipline (or equivalent) and significant work experience within the Pharmaceutical industry
Experience: CRO background, have acted as the lead in global launch planning and successfully launched multiple commercial assets across the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, had Brand P&L ownership and have managed all facets of a brand marketing team etc.
Salary: upto £175k basic
