Customer Support and Training Specialist
Our Client is a family owned company which has specialised in the field of haemostasis for over 60 years. As a company, they are committed to enhancing the quality of healthcare by offering laboratories advanced testing systems and superior services which they deliver through their expertise and know-how in Haemostasis.
They are now looking for a Customer Support and Training Specialist to predominantly work solo on the hotline helping customers with technical problems, interacting daily with the local service team and back office support department in France. Typically coordinating call-outs for field service engineers and application specialists.
Qualifications: BSc Biomedical Science or equivalent
Experience: Background in Biomedical Science, ideally working within Coagulation or Haematology. Would consider Engineers working within the industry. Would also consider new Graduates in Biomedical Science and anybody looking for part-time
