Technical Support
Technical support involves providing troubleshooting and technical advice on a product or range. You will support customers and/ or your company’s sales team. The role may be office-based or you may be required to travel to visit customers on-site. This type of role requires several years of experience and expertise in a specific area or as a scientific service engineer.

Applications Specialist
This role is similar to Technical Support but tends to have a heavier technical involvement, for example, installing, maintaining and troubleshooting equipment.
